What exactly do I pay?
Their salary plus 25% (minimum $250 a month), invoiced monthly in advance. For example, a $500/month cold caller costs you $750 a month.
Why does the salary go through you?
So we can contract them, pay them in Pakistan, and stand behind the free-replacement promise. You get one USD invoice instead of an international payroll.
What hours do they work?
Your hours. Most work US Eastern or Pacific business hours. You see their time, activity and screenshots in a live time-tracking dashboard.
Who employs them?
They are contracted and paid by us, and they work remotely from home. You direct their daily work like any team member.
How are you different from a staff augmentation agency?
Agencies bill two to three times the salary because they also manage the person for you: supervisors, QA, offices and a bench of backup staff. If you need that, an agency is a good fit. If you can manage your own team member, you get the hiring, contract, payroll and replacements from us for 25% of salary, with no markup on the management you don’t need.
Can I hire a senior consultant for just a few hours a day?
Yes. For senior roles with 8+ years of experience, such as Amazon PPC strategists, account managers, sourcing consultants and sales team leads, you can book 10 or 20 hours a week. The same formula applies: their pay for those hours plus 25%, with a $250 monthly minimum. Unused hours don’t roll over.
Do you manage them day to day?
No. You assign and review their work. With 3 or more seats, you can add a Team Lead from us who supervises the rest.
Can I try someone for just one or two months?
Yes. Everything is month-to-month with 14 days’ notice.
What if they’re not a fit?
In the first 14 days, get a free replacement, or stop and pay salary only. After that, replacements are still free, up to 2 per seat per year.
Do you provide the dialer and lead lists?
No. Your specialist works in your dialer, CRM and lists.
Is cold calling compliant?
Our callers follow your Do Not Call and TCPA process. You stay responsible for the lists you provide.
Can I hire them directly?
Yes, anytime. The buyout is 3 months of our fee.
How do I pay?
By USD bank wire, monthly in advance. ACH is available on request.
